These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and YourSiteGuru ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Strike Timer Interval Training mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, trademarks, and code, is owned by YourSiteGuru and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The "Strike Timer" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of YourSiteGuru. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Strike Timer is a training tool, not a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or functionality provided through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourSiteGuru and its owner, Shannon Kempenich, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YourSiteGuru, its owner, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it through Apple's subscription management to avoid further charges.
The App may integrate with third-party services, including Apple HealthKit and Qonversion for in-app purchase management. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YourSiteGuru regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
